Wrong Bill

Hi Reliance,

This is highly irresponsible even after so many complains why Reliance is generating bills that are not included in my plains. I am fed up of all this. My original plan is 299 monthly, in which I am entitled to 500 MB daily data and unlimited calls. But now they are saying that your plan is 6 GB monthly and unlimited calls on 299 INR. First of all without my consent why do you changed my plan. And second of all i do not consume so much data. But still they are generated bill of 488 INR. Last month Reliance had promised me that my bill will not exceed 350 INR. But still why this unnecessary bill hike. This is total harassment.

My Reliance number (9015524674). I was handout a bill of Rs. 488/- from Reliance. Shocked and Aghast to see unprofessionalism...

I had opted for a monthly post paid plan of 299 from the Reliance communication. But after just 6 days in my plan they had hand out a bill of Rs 433/-. I was completely in shock when i received the bill. I just disconnected my postpaid number. Then the company itself called me and said that your bill will not be more than Rs 350/- per month and requested to carry out the connection. I obliged. But again after one month the bill was more than Rs 350/-. The bill was Rs 488/-, anyone could see the bill is way more than which they had promised me.

Reliance Mobile, My number (9015524674) was converted into postpaid (Rs 299/- plan) on 21 June 2017 and I received a bill of Rs 433/- on 27 June 2017 for 7 days only. I had already paid Rs 299/- on 17 June 2017.
